Planina Maljen, smeštena iznad Mionice i Divčibara, jedna je od onih planina koja uvek iznenadi tišinom, mirom i blagim, prostranim pejzažima. Široke travnate padine, miris borove šume i otvoreni pogledi koji "dišu" – ono su po čemu je Maljen prepoznatljiv među planinarima. Iako nije visok, pruža osećaj planinske prostranosti i lakoće, idealan za kasnojesenje i zimske ture.
Our goal is Veliki Kozomor, the highest point of this part of Maljen (1008 m a.s.l.), which we reach via a circular trail through forests, meadows, and gentle ridges offering views towards Suvobor, Rajac, and the Kolubara valley. The summit is wide and open, so even in calm winter weather it provides a true panorama. The tour starts at Lake Rosići, a small, quiet mountain lake surrounded by forest, which gives a special atmosphere to both the beginning and the end of the ascent. Maljen in December can be enchantingly beautiful: crisp air, soft light, wide open spaces, and the feeling of true winter hiking zen.

This tour combines two of Austria’s most beautiful winter worlds – the fairytale town of St. Wolfgang on Lake Wolfgangsee, one of the most romantic places in the Salzkammergut, and the mountain Advent in Filzmoos, which leads you through a lantern- and torch-lit forest to the mountain huts of Hofalmen.
The second day brings a true mountain adventure. Rising above Filzmoos is Rossbrand, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the Salzburg region. From the summit, you can enjoy views of more than 150 Alpine peaks – from the Tennengebirge and Radstädter Tauern to the magnificent Dachstein.
The trail leads through snowy forests and open slopes, ideal for a winter hike and for those who love the tranquility of nature. At the top, there is the Bischofalm mountain hut where hikers can warm up with a hot tea and enjoy the breathtaking views.

Dočekujemo prvi dan zime na lagan i ekološki način — eko tura vozom iz Beograda i Novog Sada ka severu Bačke, sve do Subotičke peščare, jednog od posebnih predela u Srbiji. Uživamo u tihoj vožnji kroz ravnice, a dan provodimo u prirodi, dobrom raspoloženju i otkrivanju zimskih bisera: Subotičke peščare, romantičnog Palića i svečano okićene Subotice.
Subotica sandstone je zaštićeni predeo jedinstven po smeni peskovitih brežuljaka, proplanaka, bagremara, brezika i borovih šuma koje zimi imaju posebnu, tihu magiju. Bez gužve i gradske buke, savršena je za lagano pešačenje i uživanje u prirodi.
Naša staza vodi kroz najlepše delove peščare — meke peščane puteve, borove pojaseve i mirne šumske čistine. Idealno za mini bekstvo, punjenje baterija i opušten kraj godine.

The end of the year has already become a traditional time for us to combine a hiking adventure with a humanitarian mission. This year, we continue with the concept of a pre-New Year’s humanitarian tour, during which we visit the home for children without parental care “Spomenak” in Pančevo and give gifts to the kids. All proceeds from this tour will be directed to the home, in the form of vouchers that will be used to purchase the most necessary items.
After our gathering, we continue to the Deliblato Sands – the largest continental sand area in Europe, often called the European Sahara. This unique geomorphological phenomenon was formed by the retreat of the Pannonian Sea, leaving behind waves of sand and dunes up to 200 meters high. Spanning an area of about 35,000 hectares between the Danube and the slopes of the Carpathians, there is a Special Nature Reserve with extremely rich flora and fauna. Steppe vegetation, rare plant species such as the Banat peony, feather grass, and sand everlasting, as well as around 40 plant species classified as natural rarities, make this area a natural gem of Serbia.
The hiking route leads along sandy forest paths and partly through coniferous woods, offering tranquility, open views, and the subtle beauty of shifting dunes. The circular trail, about 12 km long with no steep climbs, is ideal for anyone looking for an active yet moderate-paced day spent in nature.
In the pre-New Year’s spirit, we invite you to breathe in the scent of the trees together, step by step, find the rhythm of the Deliblato Sands landscape – and once again show that the most beautiful trace isn’t the one left in the sand, but the one we leave in the hearts of others. ❤️🎅
