In the middle of autumn, when nature puts on its most brilliant colors, we will embark on an unforgettable journey through some of the most beautiful regions of Croatia. We will experience the wondrous waterfalls and the mill village of Rastoke, the magnificent landscapes of Plitvice Lakes National Park—famous for its emerald lakes and cascading waterfalls—as well as the picturesque coastal town of Šibenik, the proud guardian of the UNESCO-protected Cathedral of St. James. We will especially enjoy the untouched nature of Krka National Park and the tranquility of the Krka Monastery, while at the end of our journey, an inspiring visit to the Nikola Tesla Memorial Center in Smiljan awaits us.

In four days, we will discover the richness of natural beauty, cultural landmarks, and the warm atmosphere of Dalmatian towns. The autumn colors will give this journey a special charm and allow us to experience nature in its most beautiful attire.

Additional notes:

  • Equipment for Plitvice Lakes and Krka tour: Comfortable footwear (hiking shoes or sports sneakers with stronger soles), adequate clothing according to the weather conditions. A smaller backpack with enough water and some food (snacks, energy bars, dried fruit), raincoat, sun and wind protection, a hat, and gloves.
  • The tour is organized for a minimum of 30 registered passengers. In the case of a smaller number of passengers, the trip can be realized with an additional fee (for a minimum of 18 registered, the additional fee is 55 EUR per person).
  • Conditions for entering Croatia: It is obligatory to bring a passport, it is necessary that the validity of the passport lasts at least 3 months before the expiration date.
  • International travel insurance: the price of travel insurance for Croatia is 180 dinars per day. If you want to buy travel insurance through us, you need to send us your social security number (JMBG) and passport number when registering.
  • In case of changes in the monetary market, as well as changes in the prices of carriers and other service providers, the agency reserves the right to adjust the price of the arrangement.
  • In case of an insufficient number of registered passengers or unfavorable weather conditions, the deadline for notification of postponement or cancellation of the tour is 3 days before departure.

  • Reservations for the Plitvice Lakes and Krka tour:

    • When applying, the entire amount or ~ 40%, i.e., EUR 120, must be paid, and the rest of EUR 180 no later than October 31, 2025 (payment is made through an account in dinar equivalent at the middle rate of the NBS on the day of payment).
    • Own transportation: own transport is not possible for this tour.
  • Trip cancellations by passengers: 

  • If the Traveler cancels the trip in a timely manner (90 to 45 days), the Organizer has the right to compensation only for the incurred administrative costs.
    • 10% if the trip is cancelled 44 to 30 days before the start of the trip,
    • 20% if cancelled 29 to 20 days before the start of the trip,
    • 40% if cancelled 19 to 15 days before the start of the trip,
    • 80% if canceled 14 to 10 days before the start of the trip,
    • 90% if canceled 9 to 6 days before the start of the trip,
    • 100% if cancelled 5 to 0 days before the start of the trip or during the trip.
The organizer reserves the right to correct prices due to changes in the monetary market or changes in accommodation or transportation prices, as well as the right to change the travel program (order of certain contents in the program due to objective circumstances).

First day (Saturday): Belgrade - Rastoke - Slunj

  • Departure from Belgrade from the parking lot in the municipality of New Belgrade at 05:30h. Travel by highway through Serbia and Croatia. En route, a break for coffee and breakfast.

  • Arrival in Rastoke – a picturesque settlement on the Slunjčica River, which flows into the Korana and forms numerous rapids and waterfalls. Because of its appearance, it is often called “Little Plitvice”. It is recognizable for its old watermills, houses on the water, and small bridges, which create a unique blend of nature and tradition. Rastoke is also the most beautiful part of the small town of Slunj, located on an important road between Karlovac and Plitvice Lakes. We will stop here for sightseeing and lunch.

  • Accommodation in a 3* hotel in the vicinity of Plitvice. Overnight stay.

Second day (Sunday): Slunj - Plitvice Lakes National Park - Šibenik

  • Breakfast. Leaving the hotel.
  • A drive of about 30 minutes to Plitvice Lakes, one of the most famous national parks in Europe, which has been under UNESCO protection since 1979.
  • Tour of Plitvice Lakes – a system of 16 cascading lakes connected by waterfalls. The most famous is the Veliki slap (78 m), and a special charm is added by walks along wooden paths, a boat ride on Lake Kozjak, and a panoramic train. Autumn is especially magical: the contrast between the emerald water and the colorful treetops is truly a sight to remember.

  • Lunch in a restaurant inside the park.
  • Afternoon drive on the highway towards the Adriatic.
  • Arrival to Šibenik, accommodation in a 3* hotel in the city center. Free evening to walk around this seaside town.

Third day (Monday): Šibenik – Skradin – Krka National Park – Šibenik

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • A drive of about 20 minutes. Visit to Krka National Park, known for its impressive waterfalls and rich flora and fauna. Walk along the trail from Lozovac to Skradinski buk, the most famous and most photographed waterfall.

  • A short tour of Skradin – a small town at the mouth of the Krka River into the sea, popular among sailors.
  • Tour of the Orthodox Krka Monastery, built in the 14th century, hidden in the peaceful canyon of the river, one of the spiritual centers of Orthodoxy in Dalmatia.
  • Return to Šibenik and a tour of the old town. A special gem is the Cathedral of St. James, a unique structure built entirely of stone and protected by UNESCO. Free time and overnight stay.

Fourth day (Tuesday): Šibenik – Smiljan – Karlovac – Belgrade

  • Breakfast. Leaving the hotel in Šibenik.

  • Visit Memorijalnom centru Nikola Tesla u Smiljanu – uređenom povodom 150 godina od rođenja genijalnog naučnika.
    • Rodna kuća Nikole Tesle – autentična obnova sa stalnom postavkom.

    • Crkva svetih apostola Petra i Pavla – u kojoj je njegov otac Milutin bio sveštenik.

    • Naučni park – modeli Teslinih izuma (transformator, hidrocentrala) uz demonstracije vodiča.

    • Multimedijalna dvorana – kratki film o njegovim otkrićima.

    • Šetnja kroz uređeni kompleks i slobodno vreme za fotografisanje.

  • A break in Karlovac – a city on four rivers, known for its baroque fortress and brewing tradition.

  • Return to Belgrade in the evening hours. The exact time of return depends on road conditions and en route breaks.
