The Communication Skills Workshop provides a unique experience for all those who want to improve their communication skills. Learning through interaction with other participants, supported by expert guidance, allows you to develop effective communication techniques that you can use daily.

This offer is available for 15 people. If there are fewer participants, the price will be adjusted. The given price is per person.
The program of communication skills and hiking in nature can be realized both on weekends and on weekdays. A notice of at least seven days in advance is required.
The communication skills workshop is led by Branka Blagojević Janković – certified psychodynamic life coach, HR professional, and psychotherapeutic level educator. She is the author of several published texts on the topics of personal development, the creator and leader of so-called "soft skills" workshops on the topic of postponing obligations, communication, and prevention of burnout syndrome at work.
The workshop can also be held in English.
Transportation to the location is your own. We can organize minibus transportation for groups.
The workshop can be organized in different locations, which would imply a new offer.
The program can be completed with other activities in nature or indoors, tours, as well as lunch in one of the restaurants.

Arrival at the selected location (Divčibare, Fruška gora, Rudnik, Kosmaj). Short preparation and going on a hlking tour in nature accompanied by a local guide for about two hours.
During the walk along the beautiful forest paths, the participants will have the opportunity to relax and connect with themselves and the team, while the following workshop brings practical solutions to improve communication.

After a short break, there will be a communication skills workshop in a local facility lasting about 3 hours.
With the guidance of a human resources professional, we will not only explain the theory of how a message changes during transmission between different people but also demonstrate it through exercises that participants will experience firsthand.
Participants will directly experience different scenarios and roles, which will help develop their skills. These exercises are designed to challenge and engage all attendees, allowing them to immediately apply what they have learned.
The workshop will help you recognize and overcome communication obstacles through active listening and assertive communication. You will learn different types of communication and how to apply effective strategies to resolve misunderstandings.
No matter what sector you work in, the ability to communicate your message clearly and effectively can have a significant impact on your achievements.
After the workshop, we can organize lunch within the facility or in one of the restaurants or rural households nearby.
