Rafting does not require previous rowing experience. Every boat includes a licensed rafting skipper that will control a boat and take care of safety. Rafting is performed with rubber unsinkable boats specially designed for wild waters. Boats have a capacity of 8-10 people. Before the start, a skipper holds a short course on rafting and it is important that the participants honor the instructions they receive from the skipper. Apart from neoprene suits and boots, you will get a rescue belt and a helmet that you must wear.
You don't need previous experience, knowledge or special physical training for a tandem flight with a paragliding instructor. Instructions and information are very simple. You will get them from a paraglider pilot before your flight.
For kayaking is not necessary previous experience, kayaks are stable and easy for managing. They are for two people; on some kayaks, there is also an auxiliary central seat (total of three), where can sit one child between two adults. Kayak tours are accompanied by experienced kayak instructors who hold a short course on kayaking before a tour.

It is best to wear just a swimming suit under neoprene clothes you will get from us. Neoprene clothes protect against the cold by keeping a body temperature. It also absorbs possible impacts on rocks. If you fall into the water, it will throw you to the surface.
If you want, you can wear a synthetic t-shirt and shorts before a neoprene suit. You will also get from us neoprene shoes. Over a neoprene suit, you will put a safety belt and a helmet you must wear.

Kayak tours are mostly performed during summers when is warm. It's best to wear a synthetic t-shirt and shorts because they dry quickly. Below it is the best to dress up a swimming suit. You can wear slippers or sports shoes. If it's very warm, be sure to take UV protection: hat, glasses and UV-based creams.
Yes, if you want, but the phone will not be with you all the time. We provide waterproof bags where we will put phones. There will be one plastic bucket per boat. When you want to take photos, you will ask a skipper to tell you when the best moment is to take the phone out of a bag. After taking photos you will return it to a bag.
In case you recede of the tour, you must inform us on time. If you cancel the tour 3 days before or you do not show up on the day of the tour, the money is not refunded.

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.
You may not be able to print the confirmation that we sent you by e-mail. There is no need to print it because we will have you on the list of passengers. Please be sure to bring your personal ID card.
You can take your children to most of our tours. Before applying, please read the tour itinerary carefully and consider whether children can withstand the planned activities.
We recommend tours which are a combination of hiking and sightseeing, as well as kayaking and rafting in the summer months.

On some of our tours that are not demanding and extreme, you can go with your pets, such as rafting or tours that are a combination of light hiking and sightseeing.
Owners of accommodations where we sleep, usually allow pets. Surely, before you sign up for a tour, and you want to bring your pet, please be informed whether it is allowed to go with you.
In the description of our tours, there is always a note regarding the category and effort that is being overcome. In most cases, tours are recreational with activities that anyone can perform.
Some activities require a solid physical fitness, such as:
- mountain biking
- hiking or mountaineering more than 15 km a day and total ascent and descent of minimum 800 m
- via ferrata
- canyoning tours
If you suffer from acrophobia, we do not recommend you go to canyoning, climbing tours (via ferrata) and paragliding.
