Burnout syndrome is a pervasive feeling of overwhelm that can seriously compromise your well-being. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the individual causes of burnout and to learn techniques for prevention. By understanding the causes of these emotions, you can reduce stress and increase emotional resilience.
We will deal with the understanding of individual causes and the prevention of burnout syndrome through the development of emotional competencies, with a special focus on prudence and thoughtfulness.
The workshop is conducted in natural environments that encourage not only mental but also physical recovery. The locations have been carefully chosen to support sustainable development, allowing your employees to connect with nature, refresh their energy, and contribute to environmental awareness. While building team spirit, you also contribute to the conservation of natural resources by choosing locations that promote environmental awareness and responsibility.

- The workshop "How to avoid burnout syndrome" can be realized both on weekends and weekdays. A notice of at least seven days in advance is required.
- The workshop is led by Branka Blagojević Janković – certified psychodynamic life coach, HR professional, and psychotherapeutic level educator. She is the author of several published texts on the topics of personal development, the creator and leader of so-called "soft skills" workshops on the topic of postponing obligations, communication, and prevention of burnout syndrome at work.
- The workshop can also be held in English.
- Transportation to the location is your own. We can organize minibus transportation for groups.
- The workshop can be organized in different locations, which would imply a new offer.

Arrival at the location in the natural environment
- Arrival at the selected location (Divčibare, Fruška gora, Rudnik, Kosmaj). A short preparation for the following workshop.

- This experience allows for a more permanent acquisition of knowledge and skills that will help you cope with stress in everyday life. Learn how to keep a cool head and a warm heart, even in the most difficult situations.
- After the workshop, we can organize lunch within the facility or in one of the restaurants or rural households nearby.
