Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up before departure?

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.

What happens if I cancel the tour, will the money be refunded?

In case you recede of the tour, you must inform us on time. If you cancel the tour 3 days before or you do not show up on the day of the tour, the money is not refunded.

Please read our tour execution rules and general terms of travel, where Article 10 precisely specifies the conditions of refund in case of cancellation.

Should I print and bring a booking confirmation?

You may not be able to print the confirmation that we sent you by e-mail. There is no need to print it because we will have you on the list of passengers. Please be sure to bring your personal ID card.
