What physical fitness do I need for your tours?

In the description of our tours, there is always a note regarding the category and effort that is being overcome. In most cases, tours are recreational with activities that anyone can perform.

Some activities require a solid physical fitness, such as:

  • mountain biking
  • hiking or mountaineering more than 15 km a day and total ascent and descent of minimum 800 m
  • via ferrata
  • canyoning tours

If you suffer from acrophobia, we do not recommend you go to canyoning, climbing tours (via ferrata) and paragliding.
